Situated in the heart of one of Mallorca's premier wine producing regions nestles this spectacular newly built finca. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and vineyards the property accommodates up to 8 guests in total luxury.

Situated on the outskirts of Binissalem this house is just a 30-minute drive from Mallorca's marvellous capital city of Palma and also the beautiful sandy beaches of Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa in the north of the island.

The property is accessed via a stone walled entrance hall with feature chrome and marble staircase.

There are two large sitting rooms. One with stone walls and comfy sofas. The other has three sofas and an XL sofa bed for 2 people. There are two glass walls that reveal views over the gardens to the surrounding vineyards and the Tramuntana mountain range.

Next door is the dining room with a large wood and chrome dining table that can seat up to 10.

The state of art kitchen lacks for nothing and has access to the wrap around terrace.

There are four bedrooms. Two with double beds, large wardrobes and access to the terrace. There is a pink bedroom with a Disney themed Mural and three cabin beds. The blue bedroom has two cabin beds. Every room in this house has amazing views.

There are three luxurious bathrooms. One with a large jucuzzi bath, two walk in showers and double hand basins.

The outside areas of this property are equally awe inspiring. There is a covered dining terrace, large first floor balcony and acres of gardens to explore. There is a playground with trampoline, table football and basketball net. Of course the star feature is the L shaped swimming pool.

Guests may use 6 bikes which are ideal to explore the surrounding countryside, take a guided vineyards tour or to visit the town. The town of Binissalem is an undiscovered gem. The quaint streets are lined with beautifully restored traditional town houses. Often at weekends there is dancing in the town square. There is a train station which has trains to the heart of Palma every 20 minutes.
