Villa Seablue

There are an abundance of high-end holiday properties on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Of course we are prejudiced but we believe the best of these can be found along our picturesque northern coast line. We would like to introduce you to Villa Seablue in Mal Pas. The stunning, modern front-line villa accommodates up to ten guests. 

Right in front of the villa you can swim from the rocks in the sea below the garden or wander a couple of minutes along the shoreline to one of either of Mal Pas's two sandy beaches. Close by is the picturesque Marina of Bonaire where you will find a handful of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and dive school. The ancient walled town of Alcudia is a very short drive away. The town has several large supermarkets, restaurants, banks and a twice weekly street market. Not to mention the famous Roman ruins of Pollentia. The beach resorts of Port d'Alcudia and Port Pollensa can be reached within a ten minute drive.

Villa Seablue sits on the shore with views across the Bay of Pollensa to the iconic hotel and lighthouse of Formentor. There are three levels of outside terraces. The lower level is lawned and provides a good play area for children. The middle terrace has an infinity pool, shaded dining area, soft seating and sun loungers. The higher level is the perfect platform for watching the sun go down. There is also a decked BBQ area.

Internally the property has a chic and sophisticated decor and offers every comfort. The open plan living area is double height with floor to ceiling windows accessing the pool terrace and sea views. There is ample comfortable seating, a dining area and a high spec island kitchen.

The master bedroom suite on the ground floor has a kingsized bed and large wardrobes. Glass doors access the garden. The en suite bathroom is spacious and our guests have the opportunity to have a soak in a bath tub that has sea and mountain views. The master suite also has a sitting room with a sofa bed which can be closed off to provide another double bedroom.

Upstairs there is a study area with views that encompass the whole of the Bay of Pollensa. Two further twin bedded rooms are located in the main house both of which have en suite shower rooms and access to a terrace or the garden.

In the annex you will find the last of the twin bedded rooms. Again this room has an impressive en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Every bedroom in the Villa Seablue allows you wake up to sea views.
