Alcudia old town with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets is at only 5-10 min drive. The beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan are located at aprx 5 min drive. The long sand beach of Port d'Alcudia is situated at 10 min drive.

On two floors this villa offers everything our guests can wish for. It is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and has a private parking offering enough space for several cars. The large rectangular 14 meters pool itself benefits from an easy-to-access stepped entrance. The white sun terrace faces the mountains and sea guaranteeing stunning views. There is a balinese bed and several modern sun loungers our guests can relax on.

Inside, the cozy bright living room and dining area are connected to an outdoor terrace by large glass doors and offer lots of space for relaxing dinner nights with the most sensational sunset views over the bay. There are a big dining table, two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and high speed wifi. The decor is chic, cool and contemporary with modern art on the white walls and a lovely wooden floor. The fully equipped kitchen has an island that provides space for cooking and further seating. There is a barbecue available.

There are four spacious bedrooms all complete with sleek ensuite bathrooms. The huge windows allow you to wake up each morning to the most sensational views. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in dressing rooms, so make sure you bring your most fashionable wardrobe with you on holiday! The entire property is air conditioned.
