The finca is located in Alcudia's exclusive area Mal Pas, just a short walk from two white sand beaches with turquoise waters and beautiful views of the bay of Pollença. The luxury estate sits on 12.000 m2 of land and counts with over 1000 m2 of terraces surrounded by pine trees. Enjoy absolute tranquility and privacy in the large, enclosed gardens and different outdoor areas where you can relax in the sunlight or cool shade. There are two outdoor dining areas, one next to the main house and another one by the pool, both shaded and equipped with comfortable seating. For the youngest members of the group, the house offers a playground, soccer goals and a ping pong table.

The villa was built in 1920 and completely refurbished. The modern and contemporary style of the house provides a feeling of space, light and comfort. High-quality furniture and materials have been used to dress to create a feel-good atmosphere throughout, with stone flooring for the day areas and the warm oak flooring for the night areas, all combined with light colors and custom-made furniture.

The main house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 12 people, a TV media room, W-Lan, smart home technology, a Sonos sound system and air conditioning. In the slightly cooler months, central heating ensures a cozy atmosphere. Passing the spacious outdoor terrace with a dining table for 20 people and a well-maintained garden, you get to the pool level with a large heated saltwater pool, sitting areas, sun terraces and a covered Jacuzzi.

In the imposing main house you will find eight spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a modern private bathroom, a wardrobe, TV, air-conditioning and a safe. The stunning master suite has its own dressing room, a private lounge area and large bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a private 45 m2 terrace with views of the sea towards Formentor. The attic space on the upper floor is ideal for the youngest of the house to play.

The adjoining annex with a community hallway offers enough space for up to 4 people in two spacious double bedrooms.
